M.R.S Development Company was founded by Mackenzie Rae Siba a Canadian woman. Mackenzie creates peaceful and practical designs for minimalistic homes that optimize space. Every crafted concept aims to maximize useful space and create home efficiency so structures can have a smaller footprint. The homes are inspired by hotel and retreat living that will have you taken away in your own space. Warm and neutral tones mixed with calming surfaces and the natural environment bring dimension to the crafted spaces.

Why build with us?
We focus on building precast concrete homes in the greater Houston area. Concrete homes once constructed are incredible saving machines. The reduced cost of ownership with a concrete home is not limited to but includes: less maintenance, lower insurance, and smaller utility bills. Concrete homes are not only sustainable but eco-friendly and can be built green. Concrete has stood the test of time, and for certain stands far superior against tropical storms, hurricanes, tornados, hail, flooding, water damage and vermin. Concrete is also incredibly fire resistant. If a fire starts within the home the concrete won't burn or enable the fire to spread. Concrete homes provide a healthy environment with fewer air-borne allergens, molds and contaminants than most lumber-frame structures. Concrete homes are able to provide cleaner air quality for residents, making it healthier for both the environment and those living in it.
